Plan for
the Future

Legal Consultant
CA Estate Planning

Our firm specializes in all aspects of estate planning as well as trust administration and probate. We strive to make the planning process easy and efficient.

The documents most often included with an estate plan from our office are as follows:

  • Revocable Living Trust

  • Certification of Trust

  • Powers of Attorney for Asset Management and Medical Decisions

  • Pour Over Will

  • Funding Instructions and assistance with ensuring property trust funding including preparing and recording deeds

  • Additional forms such as a general Assignment of personal property to the Trust, burial instructions, and Schedule A

A Living Trust not only allows you to plan for the distribution of your assets but also allows your estate and beneficiaries to avoid the expense and delay of the California Probate process. A Will does not avoid the Probate process.

In California, Probate fees are statutorily set and can cost your heirs a large portion of your gross estate. Additionally, the process can take years to complete, and during that time, your heirs may not be able to access assets. We are here to help you express your wishes and achieve your goals. Please contact us to get started.
